Hopkinsville, KY - Today, South Western Kentucky EDC joined the Trigg County Industrial Development Board, Trigg County Judge Executive Stan Humphries, City of Cadiz Mayor Todd King, and community and civic leaders from throughout the region and state to cut the ribbon on the 100,600SF shell building at the Interstate 24 Business Park in Cadiz, Kentucky.

“The South Western Kentucky EDC is excited to officially cut the ribbon on this speed to market opportunity.  We are already seeing great interest due to the building design, location near Interstate 24, and the incredible quality of life and cost of living in our region.” shared Carter Hendricks, Executive Director of the SWK EDC.

The 100,600SF building is completed to shell featuring 38ft ceilings, wide column spacing, 2 docks with space for ten additional, one drive-in, expandable on the 15-acre site with more land available for growth, and all utilities to the site.

Trigg County Judge Executive Stan Humphries commented, “The I-24 Business Park is a great location and already home to Load Covering Solutions and Wabash.  We look forward to welcoming the next company that wants to make this building their new home and come grow with us in Trigg County.”

The Trigg County Industrial Development Board is the owner of the property with local financing and grant assistance through the Kentucky Association for Economic Development Product Development Initiative and the Tennessee Valley Authority’s Invest Prep program.
