Brian Quigley, President & CEO of US Smokeless Tobacco Company, and Governor Matt Bevin today announced a combined $40 million additional investment in Hopkinsville's two US Smokeless Tobacco facilities. The employee-centric ceremony was held at the company's Commerce Park location. US Smokeless Tobacco Company manufactures smokeless tobacco under the brand names: Copenhagen, Skoal, Red Seal and Husky. The company employs more than 280 people in the region and acquires much of their tobacco from farmers in the Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee region.
